and developing your team to achieve strong resultsEnsuring all regulatory and responsible gaming requirements are metAbout YouPrevious experience in a similar gaming or hospitality leadership role is preferred, but not essentialYou hold a current RSA and RSG (or are willing to obtain them)You're passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiencesYou thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and enjoy being hands-onYou lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your teamAt Star Group, we value personality and attitude just as much as experience.
