Job Description
Hall & Wilcox is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Property & Projects team, based in Sydney or Newcastle.
You will support a busy real estate practice handling off-the-plan development conveyancing and related commercial property matters.
Working closely with partners, lawyers and clients, you will manage contract amendments, settlements (including PEXA), searches and documents, while maintaining file records and deadlines.
Hybrid/versatile working is available.
