We are seeking a Client Service Officer to support a team of professional advisers located across SEQ and Northern NSW by providing exceptional client service and administrative assistance to the Private Wealth team.
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and with multiple stakeholders will make this a challenging and rewarding role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing current account documentation and application forms;
Assist advisers to prepare presentation slides for client meetings;
Submit and monitor the progress of new applications, rollovers and any requested changes/implementations, escalating any issues to Adviser as required;
Liaise with clients' professional advisers;
Communicate with clients to provide regular updates on any queries or the implementation process and also manage client expectations;
Entering and maintaining accurate data on Client Management system (Xplan);
The following experience and attributes will be highly regarded:
Proven track record in a client service role with a professional services firm;
Experience with financial planning software desirable, eg Xplan, COIN etc;
