The Role - Sales Estimator

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate tenders, contracts, variations and sales costings.
Review plans, specifications and documentation to identify and resolve costing queries.
Ensure all costings and documentation comply with relevant building standards, developer requirements and company policies.
Obtain and assess supplier quotations where required.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.




Maintain accurate records and conduct quality checks to ensure a high standard of work.
Build strong relationships across the business through effective communication and collaboration.
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
However, entry level applicants welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and residential building practices.
Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in a construction-related discipline (desirable).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience using Framework (desirable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
