The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking a Director to provide strategic leadership for the Closing the Gap agenda and drive reform across the department in collaboration with First Nations stakeholders.
Reporting to the Assistant Secretary, Closing the Gap, you will shape priorities, advise senior executives and ministers, and build high-level partnerships with First Nations organisations and peak bodies to advance reform across programs and policies.
