Dental Excellence Bundaberg is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bundaberg, Queensland.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our practice.
This is a casual position, working roughly 3–5 days per week ****** hours), with adaptable scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Assisting dentists during patient procedures by passing instruments, providing suction, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments
Greeting patients, booking appointments, and managing patient records
Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Adhering to all relevant health and safety standards and infection control protocols
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right applicant




Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
A friendly, professional, and empathetic approach when interacting with patients
