Bar Capri, part of Elysium Noosa operated in partnership with Maestro Hospitality, seeks an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily operations of one of Noosa's busiest premium cocktail venues.
You'll manage up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, drive guest experiences, supervise labour and costs, develop seasonal cocktails, and work with the Head Sommelier and leadership team to uphold the highest standards of service.
