About the Role
We're looking for an experiencedUAT Test Managerto lead and coordinateUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)across multiple jurisdictions, agencies, and delivery partners.
This is a high-impact role focused oncross-agency coordination, stakeholder alignment, test governance, and data migration validationto support implementation readiness.
Responsibilities
Coordinate UAT activities across multiple jurisdictions/agencies and delivery partners.
Develop and maintain UATstrategy, plan, schedule, reporting, and testing artefacts.
Drive alignment onobjectives, timelines, acceptance criteria, defect management, and readiness.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, working groups, and governance forums.
Track and report progress, risks, issues, dependencies, defects, and readiness.
Coordinate UAT data requirements (test data prep, environment readiness, data availability).
Overseedata migration validation, reconciliation, data matching, and discrepancy resolution.




Support sign-off processes and implementation / operational readiness activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience inleading/coordinating UAT in large, complex programs.
Experienced with coordinating outcomes across multiple organisations/jurisdictions/agencies.
Solid experience withUAT governance artefacts: plans, schedules, reporting, risks.
Experience supportingdata migration validation / reconciliation / data qualitywithin testing.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies.
