Job Description
AllianceCorp is looking for a Construction & Handover Coordinator to support clients through construction and handover stages of their property journey.
You'll be the main client contact, ensuring updates and smooth transitions as builds progress, while coordinating between builders, brokers, and internal teams.
With 3–4 years of coordination experience, you'll manage milestones, invoices, and documentation, maintaining an organised client experience from start to finish and into tenancy.
