Provide support to a 25-year-old male with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair.
The role involves providing assistance with daily activities, personal care and community access, while supporting independence, choice and quality of life.
A vehicle is supplied for use during shifts.

Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support wheelchair and hoist transfers
Support outings, appointments and community participation
About you
Reliable, patient, respectful and genuinely enjoys supporting people
Comfortable and capable with personal care
Experience with wheelchair and hoist transfers, or willing and able to learn
Current driver licence with a clean driving record
Current Police Check
Dependable and able to commit to regular Friday and alternate Saturday shifts
Previous disability support experience highly regarded, particularly experience supporting people with physical and behavioural disabilities
