You will be responsible for setting up, running and troubleshooting folder gluer equipment to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Do
Set upand complete make-ready on folder gluer machinery
Runcomplex carton jobs to specification
Completeproduct changeovers and machine adjustments
Troubleshootfaults and minimise downtime
Inspectproduct quality throughout each run
Achieveproduction and waste targets
Maintainsafe work practices and follow site procedures at all times
Workeffectively as part of the shift team
What You Bring
Required:
Proven folder gluer or gluing machine operating experience
Setup and changeover experience on gluing equipment
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Good mechanical aptitude
A firm commitment to quality and workplace safety
Background in packaging, carton converting, print, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments
