Key responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service to customers throughout the service process
Managing customer enquiries, bookings and appointments
Coordinating service jobs with technicians and the workshop team
Maintaining accurate job and customer records
Preparing and processing service documentation, invoices and other administration
Following up outstanding jobs, parts and customer requirements
Keeping customers informed of job progress and expected completion times
Liaising with technicians, service managers, parts and other departments
Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
General service centre administration and support
About you
Previous experience working in a mechanical or automotive service centre – essential




Strong administration and organisational skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
The ability to confidently communicate with customers, technicians and management
Excellent attention to detail
Solid computer and administrative skills.
Accounts Payable / Receivable experience an advantage
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple jobs at once
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with caravan servicing or the caravan industry will be highly regarded
