You will be trusted to assess roofing issues accurately, determine the appropriate repair method and ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.Your responsibilities will include:Completing detailed roof inspections and leak investigationsDiagnosing complex water-ingress and drainage issuesCarrying out controlled water testing where requiredCompleting metal roof repairs and replacement worksInstalling and repairing roof sheeting, flashings, cappings, gutters, downpipes, box gutters, sumps and overflow provisionsAssessing roof pitch, drainage capacity and installation complianceIdentifying defective workmanship, maintenance issues and storm-related damageProviding clear site findings,
