As Partnership Manager, Executive Learning, you will manage a diverse portfolio of executive education, customised programs, international development initiatives, and microcredentials, building long term partnerships and connecting clients with academic expertise across Bond University's four faculties and various disciplines to deliver tailored learning solutions for business, government, and industry.You will lead opportunities from initial engagement through to proposal, tender, negotiation, and conversion, working with academic and professional teams to develop solutions that deliver value for clients.If you are commercially driven,
have a proven track record of developing new business and building strong stakeholder relationships, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makersGenerate and pursue new business opportunitiesManage opportunities through the sales and BD cycleLead government tenders, RFIs, EOIs and corporate proposalsDevelop tailored executive learning solutionsConnect clients with academic and professional expertiseNegotiate commercial and partnership arrangementsManage the CRM and sales pipelineDrive Executive Learning revenue, reach and reputationRequirementsAbout the PersonWe are looking for a proven business development professional and salesperson with a solid track record of winning new business and generating revenue across government and corporate markets.
You will have experience identifying and pursuing opportunities, developing and winning complex proposals and tenders, negotiating commercial outcomes and managing a sales pipeline against measurable targets.You'll be a confident communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and working across a complex organisation to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Strong commercial judgement, proposal writing skills, CRM experience and a proactive, entrepreneurial and results-focused approach are essential.Experience in higher education, executive education, professional learning or a related environment would be advantageous, but we are particularly interested in your commercial track record and your ability to win work.Why Bond Executive Learning?
