Join our close-knit Infrastructure team of five in a permanent full-time Brisbane CBD role, supporting a modern cloud-first network environment across 220+ sites throughout Australia's eastern seaboard.
Working alongside experienced Level 3 specialists, you'll leverage technologies including SD-WAN, Azure Networking, ZTNA and network segmentation to deliver network improvements, solve complex challenges and maintain high-performing, secure connectivity.
Offering a hybrid 3-day office, 2-day WFH arrangement, this role provides the autonomy to make an impact while being supported by a collaborative team that values accountability, continuous learning and the best ideas, regardless of where they come from.
What You'll Be Doing
Support 220+ sites across a large-scale cloud-first network environmentManage SD-WAN, Azure Networking, firewalls and connectivity servicesLead infrastructure upgrades and strategic network improvement projectsProvide Level 3 escalation support for complex technical issuesStrengthen security through network segmentation and cyber best practices

What You'll Bring
Solid experience managing enterprise network infrastructureHands-on experience with SD-WAN, ZTNA and Azure NetworkingFirewall administration expertise across leading platformsKnowledge of network security, segmentation and best practicesStrong stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
3+ years' experience in a Network Administrator or similar roleRight to work in AustraliaCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceWorking with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtainNDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
