Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this hands‐on role involves surface preparation, blasting and industrial coating of components to meet quality, safety and production standards.
You'll work as part of a supportive workshop team in a structured setting with consistent workflows and a strong focus on quality outcomes.Key responsibilitiesOperate both abrasive blasting and coating equipment in Imatech's workshop or on site as requiredPerforming quality inspections to ensure customer specifications are metComplete and fill out all required QA Documentation to company requirementOperate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operatorsRead gauges and charts,



and record data obtainedMix resins according to specified procedures and formulasSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2years' experience in industrial painting and blasting (desirable)Cert III Blasting and Painting (desirable)Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomouslyStrong commitment to delivering high quality work to meet customer requirementsCommitment to meet all companyand clientWHS responsibilitiesDisplay a positive and enthusiastic work ethic, be a proactive team member who is willing to pitch in and get the job doneWhy Join Imatech?
