As Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of residential construction projects across Melbourne.
Working closely with our Directors and Project Management team, you will oversee projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, safety and construction standards are consistently achieved.Key responsibilitiesManage and coordinate all day-to-day site activitiesSupervise subcontractors, trades and suppliersMaintain construction programmes and ensure key milestones are achievedMonitor workmanship and maintain high-quality standardsEnsure sites comply with OH&S; requirements and company proceduresCoordinate deliveries, inspections and required site worksIdentify and resolve site issues proactivelyMaintain clear communication with Project Managers, Directors,
