Someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table and cares about the businesses they work with.The RoleYou'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 40 clients across the construction and trades industry, becoming their go-to person at Digital Horizon.A big part of the role is building great relationships.
You'll get to know our clients, their businesses, their projects and what they're trying to achieve, then work with our team to turn that into great marketing.You'll help shape content strategies, come up with ideas, plan shoots, review content and make sure we're constantly finding better ways to showcase our clients and their work.You'll also manage and coordinate the creative team servicing your clients, including videographers, editors and social media managers,



making sure everyone is aligned and producing great work.You'll spend plenty of time talking with business owners, visiting projects, seeing what our clients are building and helping bring their businesses to life through content.You don't need to be a videographer, designer or copywriter yourself.But you do need to know what good marketing looks like.What You'll Be DoingClient Relationships & SuccessManage relationships across approximately 40 active clientsBuild genuine relationships with business owners and key stakeholdersUnderstand each client's business, projects, goals and growth plansRegularly speak with clients about strategy, ideas and upcoming opportunitiesKeep clients engaged, happy and excited about their marketingIdentify issues early and take ownership of solving themContinually look for ways we can deliver more valueMarketing & ContentHelp shape social media and content strategies for your clientsBring new content, campaign and marketing ideas to the tableReview content calendars, videos, graphics and captionsMake sure everything we produce actually represents the client's brand and business goalsBrief videographers and content teams on what we should be capturingSpot opportunities around projects, milestones, recruitment, company culture and industry newsHave the confidence to say when something could be better and help improve itTeam ManagementCoordinate the videographers, editors and social media managers working across your clientsKeep the team aligned on client goals, priorities and expectationsProvide clear feedback and creative directionKeep everyone accountable to deadlines and quality standardsIdentify issues or bottlenecks before they impact the clientProject & Delivery CoordinationStay across shoots, content calendars,
