both Systems & NetworkRemediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling eventsShift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis)Install & configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAsTriage & resolve trouble tickets for all devices in your regionPhysical replacement of server and network device partsEnsure correct rotation of parts & sparesEnforcing Amazons Security Best PracticesAbout you1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience1+ years of computer networking experienceHigh school or equivalent diplomaValid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between sitesAbility to lift & rack equipment using lifting equipmentAbility to work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelinesExperience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure (preferred)
