An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced indirect tax lawyer to join a major law firm.This role offers exposure to high-quality, complex matters across a diverse client base while working alongside respected tax specialists.The RoleYou'll advise on a broad range of indirect tax issues across major transactions, restructures and commercial projects spanning multiple industries.Responsibilities include:Advising clients on indirect tax matters, including GST and/or stamp duty.Supporting and leading transaction execution alongside multidisciplinary teams.Drafting and reviewing legal and transaction documents.Managing interactions with government and regulatory bodies where required.Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.Requirements5+ years' experience in indirect tax gained within private practice,
