You'll plan and manage complex investigations, prepare reports capable of withstanding tribunal scrutiny, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders including solicitors, auditors, and legal representatives.
You'll be part of a collaborative,



multidisciplinary team dedicated to maintaining high qualified and ethical standards within the legal profession.Key responsibilitiesConduct and report on complex investigations into suspected breachesIdentify and gather evidence in line with legislative and evidentiary requirementsAnalyse financial information to detect irregularities, fraud or non-complianceLiaise with practitioners, auditors and regulators to manage cases effectivelyPrepare detailed reports suitable for regulatory and tribunal processesAbout youYou're an analytical thinker with sound judgement and strong attention to detail.
You're comfortable dealing with complex financial data and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
You enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and producing work of the highest professional standard.Qualifications and experienceTertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, or businessCA or CPA qualifiedExperience in forensic accounting, audit, compliance, or investigationsStrong understanding of accounting standards, financial systems, and auditing principlesKnowledge of law and rules of evidence is desirableCurrent NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
