commercially aware and confident working autonomously within a project environment.To be successful, you will ideally have:5+ years' civil construction experienceStrong technical and communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervisionExperience coordinating site personnel, subcontractors, labour and materialsStrong understanding of project delivery, quality, safety and environmental requirementsExperience interpreting plans, specifications and construction methodologiesThe ability to manage variations, quantities, costs and project documentationExperience developing and maintaining construction programsStrong stakeholder and client communication skillsA genuine interest in developing your leadership and project management capabilitiesExperience working on TMR specifications is highly desirable, but not essential.
