As an integral member of the Private Label team, this role supports organisational compliance, quality and continuous improvement, primarily with private label products and operations, to meet Australian and Petbarn standards safeguarding our brand reputation and delivering excellent customer experience.What You'll Be DoingQuality AssuranceSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with ongoing maintenance of quality control protocols, standards and processesSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with maintenance with our Supplier ProgramCo-ordinate investigation and resolution of quality issues and non-conformances in a timely mannerCo-ordinate risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential safety issuesSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with maintenance of all quality assurance reportingRegulatory ComplianceSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with ongoing product compliance with relevant local, national and international regulations and standards, supplier audits and communication of changes in regulatory requirementsSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with co-ordination of PL Supplier Audit schedules and processesSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with maintenance of all compliance documentation and reportingCustomer Incident ManagementCo-ordinate with internal stakeholders, including senior management,



with customer incident and complaint management processSupport Customer Service Team in communication with customers to resolve quality-related issues and ensure their satisfaction, when required whilst assisting with product withdrawals and recall processesSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with maintenance and co-ordination of customer incident reportingReporting and DocumentationSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive documentation across QA and compliance activitesSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with preparation of detailed reports across all quality and compliance metrics to senior managementSupport ESG & Supplier Compliance Manager with timely and accurate reporting to senior management for reporting to regulatory authorities as requiredStakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and 3rd party agencies to ensure product quality and compliance from sourcing to final productAbout YouYou are an experienced QA and Compliance Coordinator who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
You are a collaborative team player with robust attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a genuine commitment to supporting the teams who support our customers.
You will bring:Bachelor's degree in Regulation & Compliance, Business administration, Regulatory Affairs or a related field; or Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Compliance & Risk ManagementMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA and/or compliance roles, preferably within the retail or pet industryStrong knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and methodologiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and complianceWhy Join Us?
