We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Advantages Advisor to join a collaborative People & Culture team.
This role is responsible for delivering accurate end-to-end payroll services, employee benefits administration, and payroll compliance while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong payroll processing, reconciliation, and customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing for a large workforceComplex payroll calculations, adjustments, and reconciliationsProcessing employee commencements, variations, and terminationsManaging superannuation, tax, workers compensation, and leave paymentsAssisting with payroll reporting, audits,



and compliance requirementsProviding payroll advice and support to employees and managersMaintaining payroll records and ensuring data integritySupporting payroll improvement initiatives and system enhancementsAbout YouProven end-to-end payroll experienceStrong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, superannuation, and taxation requirementsExperience processing employee lifecycle transactions from onboarding through to terminationHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities and meet strict payroll deadlinesDesirableExperience with Aurion or similar payroll/HRIS platformsExperience working within a large, complex organisationAt Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
