Hyde Perth is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the beverage program at FARRA, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.
You'll oversee daily bar operations, set service standards and inspire your team to deliver a premium, high‐energy experience.You'll manage the beverage offering across cocktails, spirits, wine and zero‐proof options, build supplier relationships, control costs and drive revenue through menu strategy and upselling.
RSA compliance is required.
