As an Expert Field Service Technician, you will deliver field service support to customer sites, performing advanced troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems, including complex UV system.
We're seeking a technically capable and customer-focused service professional with strong field experience and a commitment to safe work practices.This role will require travel to customer sites and other Xylem locations as required, typically 30%–60%, including overnight stays.Key Responsivities:Perform service activities safely and efficiently at customer sites.Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, and commissioning on customer equipment.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on water treatment disinfection equipment.Provide technical service support to both customers and service partners.Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition, while supporting compliance with operational procedures, safety standards and customer site requirements.Experience and capabilities:A Grade Electrical Licence with 3+ years of technical work experience, preferably in water treatment.Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems,
