This critical role is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and service outcomes across a designated region, acting as the bridge between Volvo Group Australia, our dealer network and our customers.You will be the technical expert and trusted advisor within your region, supporting dealer performance, resolving technical and quality concerns, and helping customers maximise uptime and productivity.
This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with customer relationship management, strategic problem-solving and commercial acumen.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeProviding technical and quality support to customers and dealers within your regionLeading the management of Dealer Quality Reports (DQRs) and driving resolution outcomesSupporting dealers with complex technical, warranty and service agreement mattersBuilding strong relationships with fleet customers through regular site visitsPartnering with dealers to improve service performance and customer satisfactionManaging technical and commercial goodwill casesSupporting breakdown assistance and product support activities across the regionAuditing warranty and service agreement claims and ensuring adherence to processesWorking closely with Product Support and Commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutionsDeveloping action plans based on customer feedback and identified improvement opportunitiesResolving customer concerns and supporting positive dealer-customer relationshipsWho are you?

In this role, you will bring:Trade qualification in the automotive, heavy vehicle or related industry highly regardedExtensive experience within heavy vehicle technical operations, product support, service or engineering environmentsStrong understanding of Volvo, Mack or heavy vehicle service operations will be highly regardedCustomer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service outcomesProven ability to investigate issues, solve problems and manage stakeholder expectationsExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsStrong commercial awareness and business acumenAbility to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and retail service systemsLeadership capability and the confidence to influence outcomes without direct authorityWhat's in it for you?
