You'll work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment, delivering innovative civil engineering solutions while growing your technical expertise and advancing your career.In this role, you willApply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problemsProduce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, reports, and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexityPreparation of client reportsMonitor projects for fee variationsLiaise with engineers and drafters to enable preparation of documentationManage design team of engineers and drafters including allocation of resources and checking of work for small projects (where required)Develop and maintain relationships with clientsContribute to the overall management and profitability of projectsAbility to interpret and communicate information of a more complex natureDevelop the ability to scheme up small to medium sized projectsAssume responsibility for the management of small, medium and some large-scale projects including duties such as pricing, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgetsEnsure compliance with applicable Codes and policies– e.g. WHS practices and Quality Assurance.Who are we looking for?
