We're seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our high-performing team.You'll take ownership of delivering finance volume, F&I; income, and departmental profitability in line with Audi Centre and internal targets.In this role you will:Support customer finance and insurance enquiries - both by phone, email and walk-inPrepare and submit current finance and insurance applicationsWork with relevant financiers to ensure up to date product knowledge and accreditationAssist with the settlement of new car purchasesMaintain compliance with AudiFinance and all regulatory requirementsAdapt to changing market conditions and consistently meet financial goalsDeliver an exceptional customer experience every time.Maintain contact with all prospective customers in order to build relationships and develop sales opportunities.Our ideal candidate will possess the following:Proven success in a Business Manager role, ideally within automotive financeBe focused on providing outstanding customer experienceStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetHas a results-driven approach with high personal accountabilityHave excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrictly comply with regulatory and business partners compliance requirementsComputer literate, with experience on finance-based platformsWhy Join Autosports Group?
