Duties include but not limited to:Accounts Receivable: cash receipting and allocation,



collections and follow-up of outstanding accountsMonth-end AR tasks including reconciliations and issuing statementsAccounts Payable processing including PO invoices and matching (including stock received)End to end Payroll processing for roughly 20 staffManaging a high-volume shared inbox workflow (100+ emails/week)Weekly maintenance activities such as updating currency ratesMonth-end reportingYour BackgroundThe ideal background for this position would include the following key experiences;Experience in a Bookkeeper or Company Accountant role previouslyExperience working in an SMEPronto experience will be highly regardedStrong attention to detailGood communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
