Responsibilities:
Develop business cases and commercial models for renewable energy and grid infrastructure projectsSupport project finance and investment readiness processes, preparing projects for financing conversationsConduct financial and commercial analysis across clean energy transactions and investment opportunitiesEngage with policy and regulatory stakeholders on energy market and grid renewables issuesManage client relationships and support business development across the energy transition sectorContribute to strategic advisory work spanning sustainability,
decarbonisation and clean energy project development
Required Experience:
Strategy consulting background with robust problem solving, synthesis and modelling skillsAlternatively, financial modelling experience across transactions, project finance or investment analysisGenuine interest or experience in sustainability, energy transition or energy policy highly regardedConsulting experience within the energy sector specifically preferred over general sector exposureBig 4 or tier one and a half advisory firm background well regarded
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, engineering, finance or a related disciplinePostgraduate qualification such as an MBA or relevant Master's degree favourably viewedCFA or similar financial qualification an advantage for candidates with a finance background
