You will own the participant journey from initial enquiry to booked appointment, conducting intake and coordinating practitioner matching.You will drive the service agreement journey in a quick-growth healthcare-tech startup.
Hybrid work is available after onboarding, with a focus on speed to contact, referrals, and converting referrals to bookings.
