Predominantly Frankston Area$70,000 – $90,000packageA growing national property advisory and management business is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Leasing Manager to support its expanding property management portfolio across Melbourne's south-east.This privately owned firm provides strategic property advice, portfolio management and transactional support to a select client base, combining industry expertise with structured systems and robust operational support.Due to continued growth, we are seeking someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of leasing and delivering excellent service to both tenants and landlords.The RoleThis role will see you managing the leasing process from enquiry through to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective tenants and property owners.Key responsibilities include:Conducting property inspections (onsite and virtual)Managing tenant enquiries across phone,
