With strong wholesale foundations and a growing ecommerce presence, the business is entering an exciting new chapter and looking for a creative, hands‐on Communications & Brand Manager to help shape the brand voice and build deeper connection with its community.It's a role with a brand that is highly regarded in the Australian design scene.It's for someone who loves creating meaningful content, spotting trends, testing ideas, and turning brand stories into engaging experiences across digital channels.You'll work closely with founders and well-established cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, launches, product stories, and community engagement to life.What you'll be doingContent & Brand StorytellingCollaborating across the brand's holistic communications strategy and executionDefine and refine customer audience personas and develop a communication strategy across all channels:including tone of voice, content pillars, messaging, key occasions, and channel-specific rubrics, mapped into a rolling seasonal communications calendar.Create and execute engaging social and content strategies aligned with business goalsBring creative ideas to life across social, email, website and campaignsHelp shape the brand voice and ensure consistency across all touchpointsSupport catalogue copy, product descriptions, campaigns and storytellingSocial Media & CommunityOwn day-to-day social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedInCreate, coordinate and publish content across channelsEngage with the community,



respond to comments and foster authentic brand relationshipsMonitor conversations around the brand and identify opportunities for engagementExperiment with new content formats, trends and platform opportunitiesInfluencer & Partnership ManagementBuild and nurture relationships with influencers, creators and brand partnersCoordinate influencer collaborations and gifting campaignsHelp grow reach, trust and brand awareness through aligned partnershipsTrend Spotting & InnovationStay on top of social trends, content formats, AI tools and platform changesMaintain an awareness of best-in-class brand activity and elevated story tellingBring fresh ideas and new ways of working to the tableAbout youYou're creative, proactive and commercially minded.
You enjoy both strategy and execution and have initiative.You'll ideally bring:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field3+ years experience in communications, content or digital marketingStrong copywriting and storytelling skillsUnderstanding of social channels and evolving brand awarenessExperience with tools like Canva, Meta, TikTok, CapCut or similarCuriosity around AI and emerging marketing toolsStrong organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple prioritiesConsidered favourably:Ecommerce or retail brand experienceExperience in retail, fashion, lifestyle and designInfluencer or creator partnership experienceWhy this role?
