and character traits:5+ years post graduate work experience (Experienced Graduate Architect)10+ years post graduate work experience (Project Architect / Senior Project Architect)Self-motivated & reliable.
Proactively collaborate with directors and other team membersSound Experience with townhouses, apartments, and commercial projects3D modelling skill and rendering skillComprehensive knowledge in relevant Australian Standards & NCCSolid design & documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project from Schematic Design to Construction ensuring compliance and standards are maintainedStrong time management skills with ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workloadExceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate sub consultantsWorks effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.Experience leading small teams, allocating tasks, mentoring staff, conducting quality reviews, and coordinating project delivery.Why Jesse Ant?
