We pride ourselves in being extremely vast with our capabilities within the marine sector, with current projects in both the commercial and recreational fields.About the RoleAs part of our skilled production team, you will be involved in the fabrication, welding, construction, repair, and refit of aluminium vessels to the highest industry standards.To be successful in this role,



you will have:Minimum 3 years' experience in aluminium fabrication (marine industry experience preferred)Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience using power tools and hand tools relevant to aluminium fabricationStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional work ethic and commitment to producing quality workmanshipAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPhysical fitness and capability to work in a rapid-paced environmentCurrent driver's licence and reliable transportAustralian residency or valid working rights within AustraliaHighly desirable:Experience in aluminium boat building and marine constructionKey ResponsibilitiesFabricate and weld aluminium components for vessel new builds, refits, and repair projectsComplete work to a high standard in accordance with project specificationsRead and interpret technical construction drawingsFollow directions from supervisors and senior team membersMaintain a safe, clean, and organised work environmentAdhere to all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and proceduresCommunicate effectively with team members and managementWhat's on offerDay shift position commencing at 6:00amFrequent overtime opportunities, including Saturdays, with applicable penalty ratesSecure, ongoing employment supported by a strong project pipelineSupportive team environment focused on quality marine workmanshipOpportunities for professional growth and career progressionWeekly superannuation paymentsDiverse and challenging projects across commercial, government, and recreational marine sectorsPlease note: This role includes a three-month probation period to assess suitability and performance.
