Sydney CBD | Full-Time | On-Site (5 Days)WHO WE AREFounded in **** as Scape Australia, leaders in student housing, we've since grown into a vertically integrated living platform known as The Living Company; managing $17B in assets across Student Living (Scape), Rent to Live – Affordable Housing (RTL Co.), and Retirement Living (Aveo); spanning site origination, investment, planning, design, development, construction, and operations.The Living Company is reshaping the way Australians live by delivering sustainable, community-driven, and high-quality spaces across the country.THE ROLEAs Investment Analyst, you'll contribute to the full lifecycle of investment management - from transactions and fund management through to asset management and investor relations.You'll get exposure to real estate acquisitions, strategic M&A; and corporate transactions, development feasibilities, capital raising and fund strategy, working closely with our development, sales/marketing and operations teams in Australia's fastest-growing real estate platform.Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):Contributing to the identification and analysis of real estate investment opportunities, including development projects, acquisitions and strategic transactionsPreparing project development feasibilities and financial modelling to support underwriting for projects and strategic/growth opportunitiesAssisting with execution of real estate transactions, including due diligence,



financial modelling and legal/tax structuringSupporting equity raising and debt financing processes for existing and recent assetsPreparing fund and strategy development papers, including financial underwriting, valuation and market researchProducing regular and ad hoc reporting, including Investment Committee memos and board reportingWHAT YOU'LL BRINGUniversity degree with a major in Finance, Law, Commerce, Property or Economics desirable2-4 years' experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking or management consultingStrong numerical and financial modelling skills, with experience in cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniquesExperience with feasibility analysis and reporting for new development projectsAn understanding of the Australian real estate investment market and a keen interest in real estate transactions and developmentAn entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to grow and learn within a fast-scaling platformWHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
