Location: Mayfield
Senior Leadership Opportunity | 12-Month Parental Leave Contract
Salary from $110,000 plus superannuation, company vehicle and salary packaging benefits.

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing and Engagement to lead our marketing, communications and engagement functions during a 12-month parental leave contract.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in strengthening Castle's brand, driving organisational growth, enhancing stakeholder relationships and supporting the delivery of services that positively impact our communities.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and implementation of Castle's marketing, communications and engagement strategyStrengthen Castle's brand awareness, positioning and reputation across key marketsIdentify and support business growth opportunities across existing and emerging service streamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with government, community, business and industry stakeholdersLead marketing campaigns, digital engagement initiatives and communication activitiesPartner with operational leaders to support service promotion, engagement and growth objectivesProvide strategic advice and recommendations to the CEO and Senior Leadership TeamLead, coach and support a high-performing Marketing and Engagement teamMonitor marketing performance, analyse data and identify opportunities for continuous improvementManage external suppliers, agencies and partnerships to achieve organisational objectives
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a senior marketing, communications, engagement or business development roleStrong strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into measurable outcomesExperience developing and delivering marketing, communication and stakeholder engagement strategiesDemonstrated success in building partnerships and influencing diverse stakeholdersStrong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teamsExceptional written, verbal and presentation skillsExperience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentA collaborative approach and genuine commitment to Castle's purpose and valuesRelevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related fieldMarketing and communications experience, including strategic planning and implementationDemonstrated experience across digital marketing, social media, website management and brand positioningExperience using contemporary marketing systems and platforms, including CRM and digital marketing toolsAbility to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
