professional workCommunicate with clients and colleaguesUse Koste's reporting systems and technologyExperienced candidates may manage projects independently and support technical reviewExperience:Graduate candidates: strong attention to detail, good communication, interest in construction and property, comfort with technology and willingness to learn.
Tax depreciation experience is not required.Experienced candidates: relevant Quantity Surveying experience, strong property and construction knowledge, project-management ability, professional report writing, client-facing capability, technical judgement and commercial awareness.Qualifications:Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related degree for graduate candidates.
