Full ownership of kitchen operations
Lead, develop and retain a capable kitchen team
Drive food quality, consistency and presentation
Manage rostering, labour, ordering, stock and food costs
Maintain strong food safety and compliance standards
Work closely with venue management to grow the food offering

About You You'll be an experienced Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef with:
Strong experience in busy pubs, hotels or high-volume venues
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Sound control of food costs, labour and kitchen profitability
A calm, organised and practical leadership style
A passion for quality pub food and memorable guest experiences
