About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced BMS Service Technician to join our growing South Australian team.
Working across our expanding Defence portfolio as well as a range of commercial and industrial sites, you'll play a key role in ensuring critical building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
This is a full-time field-based position offering a blend of technical challenge, autonomy, and career progression.What You'll DoPerform preventative maintenance and fault-finding on Building Management Systems (BMS) Service and troubleshoot HVAC controls, lighting controls,



and energy management systemsDiagnose and repair BMS hardware, software, and communication issuesWork with complex IT and IP-based control networksPrepare quotations and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and modificationsProvide technical advice and support to customers and facility managersComplete service documentation and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with technical support teams and project stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomesUtilise client portals and service management systems to manage and close out service activitiesWhat You'll BringProven experience in BMS, HVAC controls, building automation, or related service environmentsRelevant qualifications in HVAC, Electrical, Controls, Automation, or Building ServicesStrong understanding of networking concepts, IP communications, switches, and system integrationProficiency with Microsoft 365 applicationsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a teamCurrent driver's licenceEligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Baseline minimum)What's In It For You?
