The Employment Compliance Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving Lovisa's employment compliance framework across all jurisdictions in which the business operates.Key responsibilitiesEnsure employment practices, documentation, systems and controls comply with applicable employment legislation, industrial instruments and Lovisa policies and proceduresConduct risk-based employment compliance auditsOversee corrective actionsStrengthen employment lifecycle controlsProvide practical compliance advice to People & Talent and business leadersPromote consistent, legally compliant and operationally effective employment practices across LovisaAbout youBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant employment law, workplace relations, audit, risk or compliance qualification is desirableExperience in employment compliance, HR compliance, workplace relations, employment law, audit or risk within a multinational, multi-site or highly regulated organisationStrong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, employment lifecycle controls and documentation requirements,
