Its Digital and Technology Services team runs a broad portfolio of enterprise applications, on premises and in the cloud, with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement.About the role:Reporting to the Application Operations Lead, you will keep core business systems stable, secure and improving during a period of leave.
You will own complex incidents, work with vendors and managed service providers on upgrades and fixes, and leave behind clear documentation and a well‐supported user base.Duties:Administer and support ERP, CRM, payroll,



HR and integrated systemsResolve production incidents and lead root cause analysisManage vendors and service providers through upgrades and fixesMaintain user access, licences, certificates and SSO/MFADocument the knowledge base and train end usersSkills and experience:Senior application support and administration of core business systemsStrong SQL on Oracle and MS SQL ServerITIL incident, problem and change management in practicePowerShell or Python scripting; integration troubleshootingTechnologyOne, Oracle CRM or local government exposure highly regardedCulture:A team-oriented, practical team that shares knowledge and values people who fix root causes, not just symptoms.
