We're looking for a driven Sales Representative with proven experience to join our team and assist our customers in business success.About the RoleAs a Territory Sales Representative, you'll manage and grow sales and gross profit across your customer portfolio, build solid relationships across the foodservice sector, and represent Fastrac with professionalism and confidence.
You'll play a key role in driving marketing campaigns, bringing in new business, and supporting customers business success.This role combines time on the road visiting customers with office-based reporting and analysis.
You'll need to be equally comfortable in front of a client and in front of a spreadsheet.What You'll DoManage sales and gross margin performance against budget for your customer baseBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, extending product range and growing volumeIdentify and win new business in line with targetsDrive and support marketing campaigns,



including product sampling and promotionAssist customers with special requests and procurement advise.Support monthly clearance of slow-moving, overstocked, and obsolete linesProvide monthly sales, margin, and marketing reports to management using Phocas and ExcelWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in foodservice or a similar sales roleCurrent Victorian driver's licenceStrong computer literacy, including Phocas, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordConfident data analysis skillsOutstanding communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationshipsConfidence presenting to customers and stakeholdersStrong time management and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesWhat You'll Bring to UsYou'll represent Fastrac's values in everything you do reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for our customers' businesses.The DetailsReports to: Sales ManagerLocation: Field-based (customer visits) with some office time requiredCustomer base serviced out of our Preston warehouse.Remuneration includes competitive annual salary, generous bonus incentives, a fully maintained car, laptop and phone.
