and continuous improvement of BI practicesRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications3–5+ years' experience in Power BI development, Business Intelligence, data analytics, or similar rolesStrong hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BIStrong proficiency in DAX, Power Query and data modellingSolid SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validationExperience integrating Power BI with multiple structured data sourcesGood understanding of dimensional modelling, relationships, measures, KPIs, and reporting best practicesExperience with Power BI Service including workspaces, scheduled refreshes, gateways, access management, and deploymentFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure data services such as Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks is desirableExperience implementing row-level security and appropriate data governance controlsStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skillsExperience working within Agile or technology delivery environments
