We're looking for a Garment Technician to join Stylerunner and play a key role in bringing our product to life.Working across the technical development and fit process, you'll work closely with Design, Product Development, Production and our offshore suppliers to make sure every garment meets Stylerunner's standards for fit, quality and construction.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Manage the technical development of garments from design handover through to bulk productionCreate and maintain tech packs, measurement charts, grading and construction specificationsReview samples and provide clear, detailed technical feedback to suppliersRun fit sessions and manage fit comments and approvalsIdentify and resolve fit, grading, pattern and construction issuesReview SMS, pre-production and shipment samples to ensure consistency and qualityWork closely with offshore suppliers to maintain technical and quality standardsMaintain fit standards, blocks and technical documentationPartner with Design and Product Development to find practical solutions throughout the development processLook for ways to improve development processes,



reduce sample iterations and get product to market efficientlyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:3+ years' experience in Garment Technology, Technical Design or Product DevelopmentStrong technical knowledge across womenswear, ideally with experience across activewear, sportswear, knits or stretch fabricsSolid understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, grading and fitExperience working directly with offshore suppliersConfident conducting fit sessions and communicating technical feedbackStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple styles and deadlinesStrong technical specification and measurement skillsExperience using PLM/PDM systems and Microsoft ExcelA qualification in Fashion Technology, Patternmaking, Apparel Production or a related field is desirableWHY STYLERUNNER?
