SMIKTECK is seeking highly skilled L3 Engineers to lead complex technical implementations and provide advanced escalation support.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can design, manage, and optimise enterprise IT environments while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.Key Responsibilities:Handle advanced technical escalations from L1 & L2 teamsDesign and implement server, cloud, and network infrastructureManage Azure and Microsoft 365 environmentsLead cybersecurity implementations and risk mitigation strategiesOversee disaster recovery and backup solutionsProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineersEnsure compliance and best-practice IT governanceRequired Skills:Advanced networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)Cybersecurity frameworks & compliance knowledgeExcellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
