This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, takes pride in their work and is looking to take the next step in their conveyancing career.About the roleYou will be responsible for managing a diverse range of conveyancing matters from exchange through to settlement, while providing a high level of service and support to our clients and legal team.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing conveyancing files from exchange through to settlementLiaising with clients and providing exceptional customer serviceManaging settlements through PEXAUsing LEAP legal software to manage files and workflowPreparing and managing conveyancing documentationProviding administrative support to the legal teamManaging competing priorities and deadlinesUndertaking general administrative duties as requiredAbout youWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced in residential and commercial conveyancingHighly organised and able to manage multiple matters at onceDetail-oriented with excellent time-management skillsConfident communicating with clients and colleaguesProficient in LEAP legal softwareExperienced with and knowledgeable in the PEXA settlement systemSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyA team player who takes pride in delivering excellent client serviceWhy join us?
