Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful HR reporting, supporting complex payroll calculations when required and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, compliance and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.This role is not just about reporting!
You will support the Head of HR and the HR team with key deliverables as we support the broader business functions.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems and influencing outcomes through meaningful analysis.
We are a small team, so the successful candidate will also have the HR knowledge and skills to support the broader HR function and will be involved in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, performance management, fitness for work assessments and general HR admin operational tasks.Ideally, you will also become our HRIS (Tanda) champion.Key responsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely HR reports,



monthly and ad hocComplete complex payroll calculations with a high degree of accuracy, when requiredAnalyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support business decisionsSupport BOOT analysis and payroll modelling related to operational efficiencies and compliance activitiesPartner with Finance and IT to improve systems, reporting and business processes as they relate to peopleCompile legislative and regulatory reporting, and other compliance requirements e.g. WGEA reportingDevelop reporting tools, dashboards and automated solutions, while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and user experience across the HR functionUndertake end-to-end recruitment activities for roles assigned by the Head of HRAct as the first point of contact for manufacturing HR related queriesSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including systems, training and HR proceduresProvide HR admin support across the breadth of what we doParticipate in performance discussions as a support to leaders across the businessAbout youEssential: Experience using HRIS system (ideally Tanda) for reporting, data extraction, analysis activities preferredEssential: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, modelling and data analysisMinimum two years' experience in an analyst role working with HR, workforce or payroll dataDemonstrated HR experience within a small, hands-on HR teamDegree in Accounting, Finance, Data/Analytics or a related discipline would be beneficialStrong understanding of Up-to-date AwardsExperience developing complex reports using multiple data sources and translating data into meaningful insightsExperience with Power Query, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualisation tools will be highly regardedHighly organised with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
