identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions to ensure a safe work enviromentCoordinate and deliver safety training sessions to team membersInvestigate and report incidents promptly, analysing root causes and implementing preventative measures to avoid recurrenceMaintain accurate safety records, reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirmentsConduct safety audits and assessments, working closely with Project Managers to address any safety related issuesSupport site management in project delivery requirementsInductions and onboarding of new staff/subcontractorsTo be successfulIndustry experience Electrical/Civil industries prefferedProven experience as a Safety AdvisorProficient in the use of Microsoft suiteThe ability to maintain accurate documentationProficiency in identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective safety measuresTeam player being able to engage with internal staff, management, suppliers and clients
